The MeriCrusher MJS PTO-diven mulcher has a 10" (250mm) maximum subsoil working depth. With a wide power range, and either triple row chain drive (MJS/C), or field proven Suokone gear drive (MJS/G), the MeriCrusher MJS forestry mulcher is the first choice for contractors. Modular design and construction allow for continual advancement and allows you to easily add additional components.

When work conditions are tough and demanding, look no further than the new MeriCrusher MJS/G series, where extreme wear is taken into account. Ideal for tractors from 130hp up to 300hp and working in conditions where Reliability and Durability are paramount. Transmission line is continuously protected by the Patented Suokone POC- safety clutch, power is transmitted to the rotor through one or two G-series gear transmissions. The MeriCrusher MJS/G can safely work with medium size tractors up to 300hp, yet remains light in weight, and Durable. In new MJS/G series the wear parts around the rotor chamber are designed to be bolt on, body wear liner, counter blades side gearbox guards etc. Bolt on attachments allows the use of special wear materials in places where it is most needed. The optimized shape of rotor chamber improves the material flow and increases productivity. Modular design and engineering allows for optimal selection of components for efficient operation, and future upgrades. The UNT rotor, with Cost Effective carbide cutters and Extra Durable forged holders give a fine crushing result. The MeriCrusher MJS/G mulcher can be equipped with with a door type of sizing screen for even finer crushing result. The MeriCrusher MJS/G mulcher gives extremely fine mulch in all conditions and allows you to work deep in the ground up to 25-30cm.
